Privacy Notice

Effective August 10, 2026

Waypoint Consultants respects the trust placed in us. This notice explains what information this website may collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

When you request a charting session, you may provide your name, organization or firm, email address, telephone number, area of interest, preferred timeframe, referral source, and information about the challenge, opportunity, or objective you wish to discuss.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, determine whether Waypoint may be a suitable fit, communicate about requested services, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Waypoint Consultants does not sell personal information.

Website and Service Providers

The website host and related service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and basic security or diagnostic logs. Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, which processes the information on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent misuse, or support a business transaction involving Waypoint Consultants.

Retention and Security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legitimate business needs, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Important Notice for Legal Matters

Do not submit confidential case materials, privileged information, medical records, financial information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive documents through the general contact form. Submitting an inquiry does not create a consultant-client, expert-witness, or attorney-client relationship. If an engagement is accepted, secure methods for exchanging case information will be established separately.

Your Choices and Questions

You may ask about information you previously submitted, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy question by using the website contact form and selecting “Other.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
