Mark DuPont brings decades of leadership, operational, training, and consulting experience to each client’s personal or organizational journey. His career has spanned maritime safety and security operations; public safety and emergency response at the local, state, and federal levels; organizational leadership in the private, public and non-profit arenas; adult learning instructional design, development and implementation at the national level; business development in various vertical sectors; and expert-witness service.

Throughout that journey, one principle has remained constant: meaningful guidance is founded in faith, begins with listening, grows through experience and perspective, and is measured by the difference it makes in the lives and organizations we serve.
